Frames and Steven Correia propose the following changes to the consitution, from the document attached (each numbered section recommended to be considered separately each as a whole vote):
1. Changes to 5.8 Giving the general meeting all powers of committee, and to 5.6 increasing Quorum of general meeting to 20 members, and 5.3 increasing people required to call a SGM to be inline with these numbers. 
2. Restriction of Exec to be full-time students at UWA (which was always the intent).
3 Clarifications to the holding of committee positions: 7.5 causing people who do not meet the legibility requirements of their role to cease to hold office (Bring us inline with guild rules)
4. Clearing up committee rules: 
Clarification that Committee exercises its powers in meetings (8.2), it can't just do stuff without having a proper meeting with minutes	 and stuff. (Things which it can without this should be specified as powers given to members o		f committee in the appropriate regulation). Changing of Committee Meeting Quorum to 5 committee (with 3 exec). Cos SOC prob won't fall for this again. and thus changing super quorum (in 8.3.a). Stating that committee can't just force a member of committee to take on the duties of another if they are unwilling (9.7)
5. Change to expulsion: Committee can't expel people (removal of old 14.2), and adding that while expelled you can't uses the clubs stuff etc (new 14.2). Committee doesn't need to expel people it can just suspend them.
6. All other changes, which are more or less just rewordings and spelling changes
